1. 📅 Appointments & Cancellations
We operate by appointment only. As we are a mobile service, we will need the address of the vehicle booked in.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
2. 🚘 Pre-Service Vehicle Inspection
To protect both you (the customer) and us (the business), we carry out a comprehensive inspection before any work begins.
✅ This includes:
Checking for existing scratches, dents, paint damage, wheel scuffs, or interior wear.
Photographs will be taken of any visible damage as part of our documentation.
These photos are timestamped and stored securely.
Why? This helps ensure we’re not held responsible for damage that was present before the service.
3. 🧽 What’s Included in the Service
Each service comes with a clear description of what is and isn't included. Please review your selected service package:
Exterior Detailing
Interior Deep Clean
Valet Packages (Standard, Premium)
Engine Bay Cleaning If you require this service at an additional cost.
Note: If extra work is required (e.g. excessive pet hair, mold, vomit), we’ll notify you before proceeding, and an additional fee may apply.
4. 🔐 Personal Belongings
Please remove all valuable and personal items from your vehicle before service.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the car.
5. 💳 Payments & Refunds
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless arranged otherwise.
We accept cash, bank transfer
No refunds will be issued once services are rendered, unless a legitimate service issue arises, in which case we will review the concern fairly.
6. ⚠️ Liability & Customer Risk
While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, some services may carry risk (e.g., engine bay cleaning or older vehicle trim).
We will explain these risks before proceeding and may require written consent.
Pre-existing damage, faulty parts, or loose fittings (e.g. badges, trim, wipers) may deteriorate during service. We are not liable for such issues.
7. 📸 Photos & Marketing Use
We may take before and after photos for:
Internal records
Customer transparency
Marketing and social media purposes
